Andriansyah formed PT Chaya Interfreight Cargo and established its first service in Jakarta, Indonesia. It was all started with the commitment, clear vision and dedication of our founder, initial management team and all individuals through the operations excellence to overcome challenges and fulfill customer's expectations.

Accommodating market growth and business demand. interfreight-cargo expanded its operations from the beginning focusing on west part of Indonesia, to the east. Balikpapan (Eastern Kalimantan) was established as the hub and our east operations presence. This added the previous established west operations in Batam and Jakarta.

After previously operated under agent operations, UPS Supply Chain Solutions launched its first joint venture operations in Indonesia with PT Chaya Interfreight Cargo as the local partner. Both parties formed PT UPS Indonesia to provide customers a better and reliable service in Indonesia. 

After the first successful operations with UPS SCS, the new other joint venture entity was formed with Japanese counterpart., Suzuyo & Co., Ltd.  PT Suzuyo Indonesia was established and owned by both parties to operate in Indonesia. 

Adapting to the rapid business change and industry demand, express delivery operations license was obtained. A new fully owned entity was formed, PT Chaya Hantaran Nusantara. It has the license to perform rush handling consolidated Customs clearance, and nationwide express delivery operations.

To complete existing operations footprints in Balikpapan, Batam and Jakarta, it's time for us to reach out our customers more effectively by establishing our presence in 3 new cities of Denpasar (Bali), Semarang (Central Java) and Surabaya (Eastern Java). Not only serving organic freight forwarding operations, but we obtained the Customs clearance license at Surabaya entry point. 

As part of our commitment to the market and our customers, interfreight-cargo added its new capability to complete its operations capabilities of freight forwarding, Customs clearance, and express delivery operations by acquiring fully owned warehouse facility in Jakarta, and establishing warehousing service.

Our own full operations without UPS Joint Venture partner. PT UPS Indonesia is dissolved to reflect the exit of both parties to operate in different way. This is a good strategy for interfreight-cargo to offer the market with our own excellent service capabilities and wider reputable global networks.
